1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ivelosi service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

The Ivelosi service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ivelosi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademarks

The Ivelosi name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ivelosi or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Ivelosi.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems

4. User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. By providing User Content to the service, you:

• Grant Ivelosi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media
• Agree that your content will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
• Acknowledge that Ivelosi reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed objectionable

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity

• Transmitting any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features of the service may be available on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription option, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Please contact our customer support team for more information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ivelosi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Ivelosi does not warrant that the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
